Each Player may maintain only one active Account. Duplicate Accounts — whether created under the same or different personal details, using the same IP address, device, payment method, or household — are strictly prohibited. cash4d employs technical detection methods to identify duplicate registrations. Any duplicate Account discovered will be permanently closed and all associated balances and Bonuses will be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. All Accounts on the Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). cash4d does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency. Any currency conversion costs incurred on the Player's side (e.g., by their bank or e-wallet provider) are the sole responsibility of the Player.
cash4d is required under international anti-money-laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests or upon reaching defined deposit thresholds. Verification may also be triggered at any time at cash4d's discretion.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited. cash4d may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits that vary by payment method and Account tier. Players may also voluntarily set personal deposit limits through their Account settings as part of our responsible gaming framework. Voluntary limits take effect immediately and may not be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players whose Accounts have successfully completed KYC verification. Funds derived from active Bonuses that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fulfilled.
cash4d targets a withdrawal processing time of 1 to 4 hours for verified Accounts during normal operating hours (08:00–23:00 WIB, UTC+7). cash4d reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or failure to complete KYC verification. The Company will endeavour to resolve such investigations within 14 business days.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by cash4d are subject to these general Terms and to any specific conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before associated winnings may be withdrawn. cash4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any Bonus already credited to a Player's Account at the time of such modification will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of issue.
All sports wagers, including Asian Handicap, Over/Under, 1X2, and mix parlay (combination accumulator) bets, are governed by the specific rules published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform. In the event of a technical error in odds publication, cash4d reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes at its discretion.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, cash4d may withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of any investigation.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 10, 11, 12, and 15) shall remain in full force and effect.
cash4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
